Court challenge dismissed in Free Speech Coalition v. LeBlanc. FSC appealed to 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. Pending ruling.

Louisiana PAVE Act – 2023

A bill activating the state’s justice department to audit, warn, and penalize non-compliant websites.

Utah – 2023

Court challenge dismissed in Free Speech Coalition v. Anderson.

Texas – 2023

Found constitutional on Appeal in Free Speech Coalition v. Paxton. FSC now appeals to the Supreme Court.

Montana – 2023

Currently being challenged by FSC in the District Court of Montana.

Indiana – 2024

Judge Richard L. Young ruled in favor of PornHub at the Southern District Court of Indiana. Indiana will Appeal.
